4.Three years of experience teaching in a Montessori classroom with children.
5. Evidence of competence in teaching adults, educational administration, and curriculum development (e.g., evaluations, letters of recommendation, projects developed, workshop facilitation or curricula designed).
6. Someone with sufficient experiences in life and the environment who has experienced both success and failure.
7. Someone who exhibits Dr. Montessori’s requirements for a teacher – humility and the ability to observe.
8. Someone who will have gone through the CMF training program to experience what the adult learners experience and to be trained in our methodology
مطلوب مدربة منتسوري
مطلوب مدربة منتسوري تتوفر بها المواصفات التالية: 1- ان لا يقل عمر المتقدمة للوظيفة عن 40 سنة. 2- أن تكون ملمة بمنهاج الكتاب المقدس، وبتعاليم الأنجيل والمسيحية. 3- تحمل شهادة بكالوريوس على الأقل من إحدى الجامعات الأمريكية، وفي حال كان المدرب حاصلاً على شهادة من جامعة غير أمريكية، فيجب تقديم نسخة إلى وكالة الإعتماد الأمريكية ليتم معادلتها. 4- لديها ثلاث سنوات خبرة في تدريس المنتسوري للأطفال. 5- الخبرة والكفاءة في تدريس البالغين كمدربة او محاضرة في مواضيع: الإدارة التربوية، تطوير المناهج الدراسية، التقييمات ورسائل التوصية وتطوير المشاريع والورشات. 6- أن تكون شخص مؤثر ولها تجارب حياتية في النجاح والفشل. 7- التواضع والقدرة على الملاحظة.
